Refund Policy
At instructorsclub.com, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may lead to the cancellation or rescheduling of a webinar. Our commitment is to provide you with flexible options in such situations. Please review our updated refund policy:
1. Webinar Access
Access to Live webinar joining links, Transcriptions, Downloadable recorded sessions, and Webinar slides/Handouts is facilitated through the 247Compliance app, as specified in the invoice. If registrants encounter any issues or face difficulty accessing any of the just mentioned, we encourage them to reach out to our customer support team at 661 336 9555 or 661 336 9565 on a real-time basis. Please note that 247Compliance cannot be held responsible if a registrant encounters challenges in gaining access to the purchased material or webinar.
2. Force Majeure
247Compliance shall not be liable for any failure, cancelation, reschedule, or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, strikes, speaker sickness, technical issues, or other labor disputes.
3. Cancellation or Rescheduling
In the rare event of a webinar cancellation or rescheduling due to factors beyond our control, such as insufficient registrations, speaker illness, or force-majeure events, attendees will be notified 24 hours before the scheduled start time by our webinar team via call and email.
If a webinar is canceled, it may be rescheduled, and attendees will promptly receive the new date. We also reserve the right to substitute the current webinar with another at a different time, day, or conducted by a different speaker.
Refund Options
For Cancellations or Rescheduling, we offer the following options:
- Avail the webinar stream (1-Time Recording) if the new date is inconvenient.
- Opt for a different webinar with an equivalent price at a future date.
- Exchange for on-demand recordings (past events) equal to the original amount paid.
- If a registrant chooses a refund, we will be able to initiate a refund only in the form of a Credit Voucher valid for 12 months and equal to the original amount paid.
4. Technical Issues
At 247Compliance, we are committed to delivering a seamless webinar experience. However, it's important to note the following:
a). Registrant’s End
While we make every effort to ensure a smooth experience, we cannot be held responsible for technical problems that may arise on the registrant's end. To enhance your experience, we recommend checking system requirements well in advance.
b). Speaker's End
Additionally, while we strive for excellence in every webinar, 247Compliance cannot be held responsible for technical issues originating from the speaker's end. We work closely with our speakers to minimize disruptions, but occasional technical challenges are beyond our immediate control.
5. Incorrect Product or Participants Selection
Our registration process is designed for simplicity, allowing users easy access to their preferred webinars. However, in the unlikely event that an incorrect webinar product is selected or an incorrect number of participants is added during the purchase, kindly note the following:
a). Responsibility:
While we strive for a user-friendly experience, 247Compliance cannot be held responsible for instances where an incorrect product or participant count is selected during the registration process.
b). Refund Policy:
In such cases, a refund can only be issued in the form of a Credit Voucher. This voucher will be valid for 12 months and will be equivalent to the original amount paid.
